【Taiwan Cheesy Egg Quiche】

Cheesy Egg Quiche
  • 8 eggs room temperature
  • 3/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (any type, I used aged cheddar cheese)

Preheat oven to 350 F ( 170c)
Mix eggs with milk until combined, add in cheese mix well.
Pour into a muffin tray, place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Remove from oven n serve warm
