Fried Striped Bass with Thai Chili, Tamarind and Lime
  • 3 oz fresh lime juice, zested as well
  • 4 oz light shoyu
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 4-5 Thai chilies, minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 oz sliced fresh ginger
  • 2 stalks green onion, julienned
  • 1 oz kecap manis
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • 1 oz sambal olek

Mix all together, serve over fish
