【Fried Striped Bass with Thai Chili, Tamarind and Lime】

- 3 oz fresh lime juice, zested as well
- 4 oz light shoyu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 4-5 Thai chilies, minced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 oz sliced fresh ginger
- 2 stalks green onion, julienned
- 1 oz kecap manis
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- 1 oz sambal olek
Mix all together, serve over fish
