'MB’s Triple Garlic Ramen

This is my recipe: 'MB’s Triple Garlic Ramen’. I made this dish after my first visit to Japan in 2016. I was walking on the street in this very cute neighborhood and I noticed a very intense smell of garlic, I love garlic! So i found this little place and this old lady was frying garlic for a heavy broth. I remembered myself in a very funny situation trying to explain to her that I don’t eat animals, so at the end she made a special broth for me. Oh God! I miss Japan so much!
The reason behind the name of the ramen is because I use 3 different types of garlic from my country but you can make this ramen at home in a very easy way:

INGREDIENTS
10 fried garlic cloves
3 tbsp organic soy sauce
Salt
Anything you want for toppings like eggplant, negi, mushrooms.
Noodles (egg free please!)
3 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 cups of water

INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender put the water and fried garlic with salt until it gets super creamy! Then put the mix on a hot pot and add the sesame seed oil (you want a creamy texture), then add the soy sauce and it’s done! Put all the toppings you want! Make sure to not use any animal ingredients, THANK YOU! Don’t forget to boiled the noodles!

Enjoy your super HOT bowl of MB’s Triple Garlic Ramen!
