みそ玉

I’ll tell you how to make “miso-balls".

Since miso-balls don’t require fire or kitchen knives, I would like to
introduce this as a first dish for kids.

*ingredients for 10 balls
miso
powdered bonito
powdered fish broth (dashi)
We call this “dashi". grind sesame
your favorite dry foods
For example, seaweed, fu, freeze-dried tofu, dried vegetables, tempura scraps

*process
1.Mix miso and powdered bonito, and grind sesame together.
2.Unfold cling wrap. And put miso-paste on it.
3.Add the dry foods as you like, Shape them into a ball.
4.Wrap it with cling wrap, and stock.
5.Pour boiled water, and then mix it well.
